Roast of pork caramelised in the syrup of tarragon

To deposit your pork roast in a casserole times with 1 litre of milk. You can let it plan to let it marinade so one night in the refrigerator but it isn’t necessary. Put in to heat up and to cooking 1 hour over a gentle heat from the whisper of the valve. Open the casserole and put the juice of cooking aside in a bowl. Overturn 10cl of syrup of tarragon into the casserole and so make gild your roast. Serve hot by offering the juice of cooking to be individually added.
