As you determine it by going through this site, syrups of Eloïde are only fabricated from cool aromatic plants.

These plants very come from cultures on the Provençal territory. The Thyme lemon is picked in Jouques, the Savory in Mane, the Mint, The Tarragon and the Basil in Aubagne and the Marjoram in Forcalquier.

All perfumes of Provence are so served to you as newly as possible !

Serge Billet (Better worker of France and World champion of pastry 1989) and Gilles Carmignani (leader of the restaurant La Table de L’Olivier) has just created the outstanding recipes from syrups of Eloïde and it for your most great pleasure. Find these recipes here.

Eloïde au premier Festival Gourméditerranée !

Les 22, 23 et 24 septembre 2012, Eloïde sera présent au premier festival de l’association Gourméditerranée.

Cette association, créée par Gérald Passédat (Le Petit Nice), Lionel Lévy (une table, au sud)et Guillaume Sourrieu (L’Epuisette) organise son premier festival dans le cadre de la Foire Internationale de Marseille.

Guillaume Sourrieu, chef du restaurant (*) l’Epuisette, fera une démonstration de cuisine le dimanche 23 septembre à 14h00 avec les sirops d’Eloïde.

Durant les trois jours du Festival, vous pourrez déguster et vous procurer les sirops d’Eloïde dans l’espace Gourméditerranée, face au hall 8 du parc Chanot.

On September 22nd, 23rd and 24th, 2012, Eloïde will be present at the first festival of the association Gourméditerranée.
This association, created by Gérald Passédat (Small Nice), Lionel Lévy (a table, in the south) and Guillaume Sourrieu (The Fishnet) organises his first festival as part of the International Fair of Marseilles.
Rabbet plane Sourrieu, leader of the restaurant (*) the Fishnet, will make a demonstration of kitchen on Sunday, September 23rd at 14 h 00 with syrups of Eloïde.
During three days of the Festival, you will be able to suffer and obtain syrups of Eloïde in the space Gourméditerranée, facing the foyer 8 of the park Chanot.
